I went into the dealership and met some of the nicest customer service oriented people I'd ever met in the car selling business. I was very satisfied with how they treated me and my family. Great crew and even the owner was there and was so nice as well. They gave me a great deal on top of the great service. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

I want to thank the entire Brookshire Hyundai Team for restoring my belief in what it means to go above and beyond and provide exceptional service in your car buying experience. They deserve 10 stars!!! After being treated horribly at another Hyundai dealership (Texan Hyundai) I was devastated and did not know what to do. I called Brookshire Hyundai and spoke to Amanda Lunsord, who is the Title Clerk and received some great advice but was hesitant to bother anyone about my bad experience. To my surprise, I was overjoyed to receive personal email from Shad Ellis, who I was told was an Operating Partner/Owner. Shad took the time to listen to me and told me that he and his team would be there for me. Shad offered to help fix whatever happened at the bad dealership and invited me to come in and let his team take care of me - and that they surely did! I needed a reliable Hyundai that I could depend on because I am considered to be an essential employee at the two college campuses I travel in between to work at. In addition, I drive over 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to my campus. As soon as I walked in Jyra Madden, the Sales Manager met us at the door with a warm friendly smile. Jyra and our Salesperson, Tatiana Garner with her awesome personality were absolutely amazing and they guided us through the entire trade/new purchase before placing us in the safe hands of Michael Louvaris, the Finance Director - who had the best sense of humor. Even though Shad was supposed to be off the Saturday we came, he called in and everyone worked together to make sure we had a great experience and our purchase was approved. Jyra took us around and introduced us to James Powell and Sheila Gates in the service department who also made us feel like we were at home. I am so happy to now be a part of the Brookshire Hyundai family. Thanks to Shad and his team we are at peace, we absolutely love our new vehicle and I have been telling everyone I come in contact with that they need to make the trip to see everyone I mentioned when they are ready to purchase a new car. Spread the word...Brookshire Hyundai is the best dealership in Texas with a wonderful team of professionals AND its definitely worth the drive/trip if you want a team that works on your behalf, provides you with every single detail throughout the buying process, and is very honest with superior ethics. They truly look at for you, make you feel at home, put you at ease, and make sure you have the best deal at the best price. My daughter was in the market for a new vehicle and after looking at many different makes decided on a 2020 Tucson Limited. The exact vehicle she wanted she found at Brookshire Hyundai. We live outside Fort Worth. I contacted the dealership and ended up speaking with Shad Ellis the owner. Shad gave me a very good price upfront and ended up giving me a great appraisal on my trade-in. My daughter decided that leasing was the best option for her so we submitted our credit application online. Once we were approved, we were contacted by Michael in the Finance Office and he went over our lease options with us. I wanted my daughter to not have to worry about anything other than making her lease payment, so we opted to have the 3 Yr Pre-Paid Scheduled Maintenance, the Road Hazard Tire Coverage and Lease End Care included in her payment. The scheduled maintenance insures she gets the vehicle serviced as recommended and the Road Hazard covers her if she has a flat or blowout. The Lease End Care covers her against some charges she might incur at lease end. After we selected our payment, Michael emailed us our Lease Agreement and we signed it using DocuSign. The store then made arrangements to come deliver her car to us in suburban Fort Worth. You can imagine my shock when Shad said he would deliver the Tucson to us and pick up our trade in. We agreed on a time and sure enough, a very presentable, nice young man showed up at our house wearing white gloves and a mask at the agreed upon time. The vehicle was detailed very nice (other than a few Texas bugs that hit the windshield) and her car was also sanitized. He did a full delivery of the vehicle explaining all the features to us (this vehicle is packed with high tech equipment) and we signed a few more papers. My daughter felt like a celebrity the way they delivered her car to her! I have bought a lot of vehicles through the years and this was without question the easiest and most enjoyable. All I can say is like the website says, "Go See Shad, you will be glad!.

All day long I recommend this place! I cannot say enough!!!! From making it happen for me on my perfect new SUV, to the customer care and amazing treatment I received from every staff member there and to just overall a flawless experience, I thank Hyundai Berkshire. I cannot emphasize enough that this is your place to be when looking for a new vehicle. They care, they take the time to explain everything to you, they go above and beyond and ensure you are happy throughout your time there. Go visit them!!! 🙌🏼
